GlobalXperts partnered with NEC, a leading manufacturer, Cisco Gold Partner, and systems integrator operating in more than 50 countries. NEC specializes in communication technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure management for multinational organizations.

One of NEC's clients, Amgen, is a global biotechnology leader known for developing innovative biologic medicines. GlobalXperts supported NEC's systems integration and IT field services division to deliver specialized wireless networking services for this high-profile customer engagement.

Challenge

Although NEC maintains a significant global presence, specialized wireless networking expertise was not readily available in every region. Their enterprise customers required rapid deployment and professional services support on short notice across multiple international locations.

For this project, NEC's customer was expanding real estate assets across several countries and required all facilities to become operational within a three-month timeframe. This created an urgent need for comprehensive wireless LAN site surveys under strict project deadlines.

Solution

GlobalXperts conducted detailed wireless LAN site surveys both inside and outside customer facilities using advanced RF analysis tools. The surveys measured radio frequency propagation, identified existing wireless infrastructure, and evaluated network coverage requirements.

Comprehensive spectrum analysis was performed across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands to detect RF interference sources and assess wireless network performance.

To meet aggressive project timelines, GlobalXperts deployed two engineering teams across 18 countries within a three-week period. Operating under a white-label agreement with NEC, all wireless LAN site surveys were completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
